Applying for a Trade Site, a few things to note before you begin..

Each Exhibitor must create an account before applying for a trade site. Having an account will allow you to manage your application during the various approval stages.
A 30% non-refundable deposit will be required when submitting your application. This deposit must be paid by credit card and you will receive a receipt of payment by email once recieved.
Remaining Early Bird site fees are due 2 weeks (14 days) after date of application. Final Exhibitor Fees are due 1st April, failing to pay by this date may lead to cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any payments made.
Trade Show days are Thursday 24th and Friday 25th October 2024, 9:00AM - 4:00PM.
Each individual needing access to your site to assist on Show days will need an Exhibitor Pass. This allows the pass holder access to the Showgrounds for the duration of the Show. Passes will be scanned upon entrance and are not interchangeable between individuals.
Trade Exhibitors can only access the Showgrounds through the Trade Gate marked on the Show Map (once inside Trade Exhibitor Carpark) throughout pack-in days. This gate will only be opened from 7:00AM - 8:00AM and 4:15PM - 5:00PM on Show days for exhibitors to bring vehicles onsite for restocking purposes. Pedestrian access to your vehicles during the Show will be through the Main Public Entrance (Gate 2) only.
Each vehicle entering the Trade Carpark requires a Trade Vehicle Pass displayed on the dashboard at all times to gain access to the carpark and the Showgrounds for restocking before and after the Show. These will be included in your trade pack sent via email for you to print.
All vehicles must be off-site by 8:00AM at the latest on Show days, and can enter back on site from 4:15pm - 5:00pm for re-stocking purposes.
